I
don't know about anyone else but I am absolutely frigging loving Mary
Kantrantzou's A/W13 collection. Wanting to shift her focus this season
from prints to a more structured and focused silhouette, she surely
didn't disappoint.
That said though, this beauty was definitely a highlight of the show for me, I just can't go past the almost hand-painted look of the print (not forgetting that stunningly vibrant shade of blue!) It's asymmetrical cut is an added bonus.
And, on a side note, Mary herself is going to be here in good old Melbourne for Fashion Week to not only showcase her designs, but she will be opening the god damn thing on the 19th of March. Of course, I will be saving all my coin until then in the hopes of securing myself a ticket to what will undoubtedly be an unforgettable night for the Melbourne fashion scene.
